BRADLEY D. ZINN - Managing Partner of Baron Financial Group, Inc.
Mr. Zinn previously managed Performance Capital Corp's Commercial
Real Estate Lending Division, underwriting and placing transactions
from PCC's Bank and lease broker network. Zinn has over 12 years
experience in the mortgage, leasing and credit finance. With a focus
on credit underwriting and transaction structure, Mr. Zinn has placed
millions of dollars of transactions with lenders and hedge funds
that trade in mortgage back securities and Foreign Exchange. Zinn
has extensive knowledge in the set up of corporate-wide computer
systems and credit analysis systems to match customer profile with
capabilities of various funding sources. Mr. Zinn attended Harvard
University.
WILLIAM M. CLARK - Managing Partner of Baron Financial Group, Inc.
Mr. Clark combines a marketing and investment background to help
BFG's Realtor referral program match client needs. Using current
market fundamentals, economic, technicals, and sector analysis Mr.
Clark is well prepared to meet defined financial objectives. Mr.
Clark developed his skills working with such companies as American
Express, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, Universal Studios
and Private Investment Companies. Realtors and their clients will
benefit from this unique combination when evaluating a commercial
venture and matching an appropriate mortgage program requirements.

JEFFEREY O. MEISELMAN - Senior Loan Officer of Baron Financial
Group, Inc.
Mr. Meiselman has an extensive real estate background. For over
two decades he has focused on all facets of the real estate industry
both commercial and residential, in areas ranging from finance to
insurance. Mr. Meiselman began his career in property acquisition
and management as well as residential financing. In 2002, he transitioned
into the analysis, financing and ownership of commercial real estate,
with particular expertise in multi-family properties. Mr. Meiselman
is a licensed All-Lines Public Property Adjuster, and is familiar
with all aspects of real estate insurance. He also holds a real
estate sales associate license and is a licensed mortgage broker.
Mr. Meiselman’s vast real estate experience and knowledge
base across all aspects of the industry affords him the ability
to offer his clients the needed “edge” in the commercial
lending world. Mr. Meiselman attended Syracuse University for both
his undergraduate and graduate degrees.
ROBERT G. ZINN - Managing Partner of Baron Financial Group, Inc.
Mr. Zinn manages Baron Financial's Bank Referral Business. Mr.
Zinn formerly was principle of First Marketing Corporation, the
banking industry's largest publisher of bank literature, marketing
and cross-selling programs. Mr. Zinn built and managed the 240-person
organization that created and produced marketing and communications
programs for banks throughout U.S. Zinn helped build the company
to $30 million in sales. Mr. Zinn worked closely with the "think-tank"
division of Fair Isaac to create "Club" products to be
sold to banks and bankcard issuers. He created the "Business
Partners Club" for BancOne; a "Travel Club" for First
USA; and a "Members Only Club" for Bank of America (Bankcard).
Mr. Zinn managed the predictive modeling process for the company
to target "ideal" customers for each product. Mr. Zinn
attended University of Florida and Xavier University Masters Programs.
AMY LYNN SMITH - Managing Partner of Baron Financial Group, Inc.
Ms. Smith has extensive experience in the commercial real estate
industry. Specializing in investment properties, Ms Smith matched
properties and tenants for multiple real estate portfolios. Ms Smith
is skilled at evaluating potential investment properties and establishing
high and best use of developments under consideration. Ms Smith
has assisted in the placement of financing for buyers of residential
and commercial properties, as well as SBA loan placement. At Roschman
Enterprises, Smith worked as senior property manager and leasing
administrator for over 150 individual properties. The portfolio
included class B office buildings, 10,000-75,000 square foot strip
centers, a five star marina property, several Walgreen's Drugstores,
and stand alone commercial sites in FL, NC, OH, IL, and MD. Prior
to her experience in property management, Ms. Smith was an analyst
for a small high tech software development firm based in Ft Lauderdale,
FL and assisted in securing of $12 million in venture capital funding.
