At Baron Financial Group, we combine our knowledge of commercial real estate along with our footing and understanding of the ever-changing and complex world of securitization and provide our clients with the best service and products that can be derived from within the capital markets.

Property Types: Multifamily, Anchored/Unanchored Retail, Office, Industrial, Mobile Home Parks, Full Service Hotels and Self-Storage. 
Loan Sizing: $4 million to $100 million (or higher).
Loan-to Value:

Amount equal to the lesser of:

  1. 65-80%* of appraised value; or…
  2. 1.20-1.25* debt service coverage.

*depending on age and condition of property.

Loan Term: 10-year fixed rate mortgage. 
Amortization: Up to 30-year schedule.
Interest Rate : Determined by market rates at the time of rate lock. Rates vary by loan-to-value ratio, debt service coverage and property quality.
Personal: None, except for standard exceptions to non-recourse, which are the responsibility of the Key Principal(s).  
Prepayment: Standard defeasance.
