| Loan Sizing : |
$5 million to $30 million on transactions with a total capital structure ranging from $35 million to $100 million plus. Larger transactions will also be considered. |
| Loan-to-Value / Loan-to-Cost: |
Up to 90% loan-to-cost/loan-to-value. For construction financing, deferral of reasonable development fees may be included in borrower equity. |

Two to four years, with extensions available. |
| Loan Pricing : |
Competitive, risk-adjusted rates and fees. Yield achieved through a combination of current pay, front and back end fees, accrued interest, and/or participation interests. Target yields typically range from 11% to 20% depending on project and overall risk. |
